In a small office on Wellington's Old Bank Arcade in 2009, a small group of super talented entrepreneurs and developers were building what we now know as New Zealand's iconic tech giant, Xero.

Tandem's Creative Director Mike Pennington was invited to work with Xero's brand manager to design the original brand identity, logo and investment prospectus that kick-started it's success.

While the business has evolved, 14 years later the original brand identity elements remain strong.
