The challenge of inspiring, engaging and retaining members after Covid lockdowns.

One of the primary ingredients for success in the fitness industry is the ability to inspire, engage and help people feel successful. Challenges have been a proven tool in the industry to help achieve this.

We helped Revl develop, design and market a pilot for its 6 and 8 week challenges. Rolling out the first after the April 2020 Covid lockdown, the result was epic. Almost 300 members (50% of the membership) took up the challenge, giving an important boost to overall membership sales.

Revl has since integrated seasonal challenges as a primary engagement and retention tool.
