Silverbrooke is a large residential development project of 222 homes in Wellington's northern suburb of Whitby. It's a project designed with a real vision for community and the natural environment.

We were approached to develop the destination brand and marketing. The task was to identify and elevate the marketing opportunities to successfully sell the project in a way that maximised value in an increasingly competitive market situation.
